Summary
Felicia Rutledge, Ph.D., is a Buffalo, New York native who earned degrees in English, Deaf Education and Special Education Leadership. She began her career with the Clark County School District, teaching across multiple grade levels before serving as a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) Project Facilitator, where she provided districtwide professional learning and supported schools in implementing academic and behavioral supports.
Committed to education and community service, Dr. Rutledge has secured award-winning grants to expand teacher collaboration, community-based learning, and student language and literacy development. She has also partnered with organizations to promote deaf culture, the arts and youth leadership. As a Senior Project Coordinator, she serves as a Project Director for the Nevada Special Education Technology Assistance Project and as a Professional Learning Coordinator with the Nevada PBIS Technical Assistance Center at the 91·çÃùÄñ³ª. She is dedicated to advancing learner success, supporting families, developing educators and implementing humanity-centered systems.
