Summary
Mengjiao Huang’s research focused on the effects of environmental exposures on maternal and child health. She worked with Dr. Lyndsey Darrow and Dr. Matthew Strickland on an NIH-funded study investigating the relationship between heatwaves and preterm birth. She also worked with Dr. Matthew Strickland on an investigation of the effects of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) sources on childhood asthma using medical records data from the state of Georgia.
