Summary

Vanesa de la Cruz Pavas is a Colombian science communicator and journalist passionate about public health, climate advocacy and scientific innovation. Through multimedia storytelling, she works to bridge the medical field, researchers, policymakers and the public, with the goal of fostering healthier and more resilient communities. In previous roles, she has created content that explores how environmental and social factors influence health outcomes while amplifying stories of environmental justice and scientific discovery. In her free time, she enjoys dancing to Latin music, biking and hiking in the mountains.
