Panhellenic Council
The Panhellenic Council (PHC) is the governing body and policy-making organization of the 91·çÃùÄñ³ª sorority community. PHC’s primary purpose is to coordinate the efforts of the individual sororities in matters of recruitment, service, scholarship, philanthropy, and University relations.
