Students can choose to complete the program on the main campus in Reno or at the Lake Tahoe campus, where the focus is on preparing nurses to serve rural and mountain communities. The Orvis School of Nursing at the 91·çÃùÄñ³ª, prepares registered nurses, advanced practice registered nurses, nurse leaders and nurse educators to transform health outcomes and advance the profession. As Nevada’s oldest nursing school and a leader in online and in-person nursing education, Orvis provides pathways for every stage of a nursing career—from a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to advanced graduate degrees (MSN and DNP) and post-master’s certificates.
