Affiliate Application
Affiliates are individuals who need University privileges but are not students, employees or contingent workers of the 91·çÃùÄñ³ª.
To request an Affiliate WolfCard, your application must include a University approver—such as a dean, director or department chair. The card costs $10 and can be used for purchases with loaded funds, meal plans and door access. Payment must be made by the individual or through a department IPO at the time the card is printed. Photos may be uploaded with the application, but they must meet the photo requirements listed in Step 4 of our WolfCard instructions.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing after department approval.
